Second, he converts the Chakra into wind release. Finally, Hikari spins around extremely fast creating a gigantic tornado infused with his Chakra capable of doing great destructive damage. The Tornado is incredibly powerful being able to suck trees, large boulders, and even other people into it severely damaging them in the process.
